#ToyotaGiving heads to Nocturnal Wonderland

We’re setting up camp for our third festival stop, Nocturnal Wonderland, just outside of Los Angeles. From September 4th to 6th, we’ll continue spreading the word of our partnership with VH1 Save the Music to help ensure that music instruction remains a vital component of a complete education—and we’re doing it with the help of music fans like yourself.

At Nocturnal Wonderland, we’re encouraging music fans to visit our glowing, life-size Whispering Willow tree and share what music means to them by hanging a leaf on the tree and posting a photo of the response socially using #ToyotaGiving. For every social post with the hashtag, we’ll donate $1 to VH1 Save the Music. By the end of the festival, the tree will be blooming with music’s collective importance, and we’ll be closer to our goal of restoring or implementing a musical instrument program for an entire school.

We’ll also be hosting performances from the Hooptown Hotties, who’ll be lighting up the crowds with their fiery hoop dancing.

Since kicking off the #ToyotaGiving activation at Lollapalooza and making an appearance at Outside Lands, artists from Gary Clark Jr to Dan Deacon to Børns have stopped by the Toyota tent to write a leaf and lend their support the cause. Can’t make it to Nocturnal Wonderland? You can still help us reach our goal by sharing what music means to you on your social networks and include #ToyotaGiving
